Connection control
ChatGrowing data deletion and revocation.
Last updated September 4, 2026. This page explains how to stop ChatGrowing from accessing connected services such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, AppsFlyer, and other supported advertising or analytics providers, and how to request deletion of data associated with a ChatGrowing workspace.
Revoking a provider connection stops future authorized access. A deletion request asks ChatGrowing to remove eligible information it already holds. For a complete request, do both.
1. Disconnect ChatGrowing
Where the connection control is available in your workspace, select the connected service and choose the disconnect or revoke option. ChatGrowing will mark that connection unavailable and stop initiating new synchronization under that grant. If the control is unavailable, email us using the process below.
2. Revoke access at the connected provider
Use the connection or business-integration controls supplied by Google, Meta, TikTok, AppsFlyer, or the relevant provider to remove ChatGrowing’s access. For Google, visit your Google Account third-party connections, select ChatGrowing, and revoke access. Revocation prevents future API access using that grant but does not itself delete information already retained by ChatGrowing or data held independently by the connected provider.
3. Request deletion from ChatGrowing
Email [email protected], preferably from the email associated with your account. Include:
- your organization or workspace name;
- the connected provider and the account or connection you want removed;
- whether you want connection data only, generated reports and artifacts, workspace records, or the whole eligible workspace scope deleted;
- another safe way to contact you if the account email is unavailable.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, OAuth codes, client secrets, developer tokens, or payment credentials.
Identity and authority verification
Before deleting organizational data, we may ask for the minimum information needed to verify identity and authority over the workspace or advertising account. A request from a member may require confirmation from the workspace owner. This protects customers from unauthorized deletion.
What a verified request covers
Depending on the requested scope and applicable agreement, eligible deletion can include connection credentials and grants, selected resource bindings, synchronized advertising and analytics data, snapshots and caches, generated artifacts and reports, monitoring configuration, action history, and workspace records. We will not claim to delete data held independently by Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, AppsFlyer, another connected provider, a destination selected by the user, or another authorized organization.
Processing and retention
We stop new access under a valid revoked connection as soon as operationally practicable and make the connection unavailable while deletion is processed. For commercial tenant connections governed by our standard lifecycle, eligible active data is scheduled for deletion within 7 days after verification, ordinary backups age out within 35 days, and non-secret audit or deletion receipts may be retained for up to 180 days.
Limited security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute, legal-hold, backup, or compliance records may be retained when required by law or an applicable agreement. Retained records remain access-restricted and are not used to continue the revoked advertising connection. If a different retention period applies, we will identify the retained category and basis where required.
Confirmation
We will acknowledge the request, ask only for information needed to verify or clarify it, and confirm when eligible active data deletion is complete. The confirmation will identify any categories that remain subject to backup expiration or another permitted retention requirement.
