Terms for using ChatGrowing.

Effective September 4, 2026. These terms govern access to the ChatGrowing website, Codex plugin, connected advertising workflows, generated outputs, monitoring, delivery, and advertising action capabilities.

Two operating modes

ChatGrowing provides an analysis mode for read-only retrieval, diagnosis, monitoring, and reporting, and an action mode for supported advertising changes. Each mode has its own provider authorization and account scope. Connecting advertising data for analysis does not by itself authorize campaign changes.

Agreement and eligibility

By using ChatGrowing, you agree to these terms and any order, service agreement, or product-specific terms that apply to your workspace. If you use ChatGrowing for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You must be legally able to enter the agreement and comply with applicable advertising, privacy, consumer-protection, sanctions, export-control, and other laws.

Accounts, members, and authority

You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in methods, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may connect, query, deliver to, or act on only organizations, advertising accounts, data sources, creative assets, and destinations that you are authorized to use. Workspace owners are responsible for membership, roles, account selection, approval policies, and removing access when it is no longer needed.

Connected services

Connected services remain subject to their own terms, permissions, APIs, availability, quotas, review requirements, and policies. A provider may change or withdraw data, permissions, links, or functionality. You are responsible for maintaining valid authorization and ensuring that your advertising activity and data use comply with each provider’s requirements.

You authorize ChatGrowing to access and process the selected connected-service information only to provide the requested service, apply the workspace’s policies, maintain security and reliability, and meet the obligations described in our Privacy notice.

Service scope and availability

ChatGrowing supports connected advertising and analytics workflows across services including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, AppsFlyer, and other supported providers. The service provides data retrieval, cross-channel analysis, monitoring, reports, creative and campaign planning, delivery, previews, and configurable advertising operations. Available accounts, data fields, destinations, and actions depend on the provider, workspace configuration, plan, authorization, and provider API support. Provider data may be delayed, partial, unavailable, revised, or reported at a different grain.

Automation policies and advertising actions

Analysis mode operates without campaign write permission. Action mode uses separate write authorization and is subject to the workspace’s authorized accounts, supported action types, limits, preconditions, approval rules, and provider support. A preview, recommendation, or action candidate is not an executed platform change.

You remain responsible for the approval policy you select and for reviewing material campaign, budget, bid, targeting, creative, compliance, and measurement decisions. ChatGrowing may block, queue, pause, or require renewed authorization when identity, resource scope, data health, credentials, limits, or provider state cannot be verified. Reversible actions may support rollback or compensation where the provider and retained prior state allow it; not every provider action is reversible.

Generated outputs and business decisions

Analyses, forecasts, explanations, creative concepts, campaign plans, and other generated outputs may contain errors or rely on incomplete, delayed, modeled, or provider-defined data. They are decision-support materials, not guarantees of advertising performance, revenue, legal compliance, platform approval, or market outcomes. You should review outputs in the context of source evidence, attribution settings, business constraints, and applicable advertising rules before relying on them.

Customer information and work product

You retain the rights you hold in information and materials you provide. You grant ChatGrowing and its service providers the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, and produce the requested work. You must have the rights and permissions required for uploaded or connected content. Ownership and permitted use of generated outputs may also be affected by third-party platform terms, source material, and applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not use ChatGrowing to access resources without authorization; bypass platform controls; conceal unlawful advertising; distribute malware or harmful content; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; mislead users; evade sanctions or legal obligations; probe another tenant; extract credentials; overload the service; or interfere with security, availability, audits, or other users.

Suspension, revocation, and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, connected platforms, ChatGrowing, or third parties; investigate abuse or a security event; comply with law; address nonpayment under an applicable order; or respond to a material breach. Users may disconnect providers and request deletion as described on the Data deletion and revocation page.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, ChatGrowing is provided without a guarantee that every provider, field, report, action, or result will be uninterrupted, complete, current, or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any additional warranties, service levels, liability limits, fees, refunds, governing law, and dispute terms will be stated in the applicable order or service agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

YouTube API Services

ChatGrowing uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy and our YouTube data notice explain relevant data practices. Channel access, upload availability and video visibility depend on your authorization and YouTube restrictions; an internal approval does not constitute Google or YouTube approval.
